Daniela Elvira Bruno - Chairman

Daniela Elvira Bruno graduated in Business Administration at the University of Milan (I); she is a Tax Attorney, a Certified Accountant and a Statutory Auditor, Litigator and Tax Partner at CGP Law and Tax Firm.

She holds various positions within the Supervisory Board and Supervisory Bodies of important national and international companies.

Annalisa Donesana graduated in Economics and Business at the Bocconi University of Milan (I). She is a Certified Accountant and Statutory Auditor. She is a partner at Studio ACTA, where she works as tax and corporate consultant; she is a Member of the Governance Committee for Listed Companies and for the Equal Opportunities Committee of the Chartered Accountants of Milan. She is the Statutory Auditor for the Supervisory Body of various companies.

Pasquale Formica - Standing Statutory Auditor

Pasquale Formica is a Certified Accountant and Statutory Auditor; he works as a tax, corporate and business consultant. He is a partner at Studio Leo Associati, a central corporate and business consultancy firm. He also contributes to scientific studies and provides teaching for specific relevant courses.

TERM OF OFFICE
The Board of Statutory Auditors was elected by the shareholders in their meeting of 27 April 2017 for a term of three financial years expiring with the approval – by the Shareholders’ Meeting- of the 2019 financial statements.
The Independent Auditors were appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 27 April 2017 and are in office for nine financial years. Their term of office will expire with the approval by the Shareholders’ Meeting of the 2025 Financial Statements.
